I supported my first birth over 20 years ago.  Since then I have supported many families in birth, postpartum, and life support.
I believe that you know your body.  It is my belief that as a doula i am there to help provide resources and options for your labor, birth, and parenting.  Then I support you in the choices that you make.
I work with families of all types, sizes, and demographics.
